The County Hotel

Location and staff are second to none, I liked lovely bed.

All fairly clean, fine rooms and people. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking nearby. A fab stay at a real value for money rate of £ 35, outstanding value.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Carlisle, had much fun and met decent staff with management that support their staff.

Well, the views were not so good here.

Everything was very enjoyable, very good value for money. There was variety of food for breakfast, including cereals, toast and fruit. The hotel was in the middle of Carlisle.

Location was quiet, staff was attentive, views were incredibly beautiful. Truly enjoyed Carlisle, the hotel was inexpensive. Very efficient service and a magnificent restaurant, available onsite.

The place was top-notch and perfectly clean, it had nice location and staff.

Overall a very comfortable stay with the worst room I have ever stayed in. Cheap room and helpful communication with the staff.

There were extremely helpful staff, gorgeous breakfast. The view from our double room was NICE. Bed was good and the bathroom was clean. Moreover, parking was onsite.

Little hotel, spotless, welcoming staff, too. Found in a lively area. The room was good-sized and good-sized. Besides, I parked on-site...

The food was gorgeous, service was fantastic and the view was particularly good. Hotel was fairly clean. A new building right in the heart of Carlisle. The facilities were basic and easy to use. Besides, parking was available on site.

Pretty quiet location, immensely pleasant staff and nice clean hotel. The bedroom was normal and very pleasant. Its food was outstanding, with plenty of meals.

Such friendly and spotless hotel, loved it. They made my stay real good. The rooms were generous-sized and suitable, plus the beds were amazing. Food was decent & the bar was busy.

The area was really dirty.

Super base for a 2-night stay. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. There's Griffin with nice shots easy walk to the venue. An electric kettle and coffee/tea making machines are a nice touch.

Restaurants within walking distance, near shops, Fantastic location for train and the room is comfy and neat

We would stay there again when visiting Carlisle. Our queen room was equipped with climate control, a work desk and ironing facilities.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Bar Solo that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The staff at county were friendly!
